Role philosophy
The Event Manager does not merely administer an event.
They administer relationships, knowledge, opportunities, and results.
Their mission is to ensure that each event contributes to generating impact beyond its closing date.
At SciVirtual, events do not end when the program concludes.
The event continues when others end.
Final report
When the event concludes, the Event Manager prepares the Official Report, a document summarizing the results obtained and the impact opportunities identified.
The report is one of the event's most strategic documents, as it transforms the information generated into concrete actions for scientific, academic, business, and social development.
